If your board does not turn on / have problems connecting / not charging:

  • The inside of the battery box that can be opened using the Y-Tool
  • The inside of the ESC box that can be opened using the Y-Tool
  • The charger where we can see the color of the indicator (usually red or green)
  • The display on the remote control, when you try to turn on the board

Problems with the engines

  • Videos of how the engine / engines react when you accelerate with the remote control / manually turn the engines (the engines are the two rear wheels)
  • Videos of the engine / engines if it / they make sounds that you think affect performance
