For deliveries in EU we expect to ship your order within 1-2 work days.

RoadSurfing cannot be held accountable if your delivery against all expectations get delayed by our shipping partners. However, be sure that RoadSurfing will always do everything in our power to make sure your order gets delivered in time.

Every order from RoadSurfing is being send by courier. Once order is shipped you will receive track&trace-number by email, aswell as a link for tracking.
A shipment will normally be trackable 12 hours after receipt of tracking number. You can always contact RoadSurfing at if you have questions regarding your delivery.

You have the possibility of ordering all our products from RoadSurfing even if you are located outside EU. If your country is not included in the order list, please contact us and we will add it Immediately.
We will add a shipping fee on orders shipped out of EU. The shipping fee will depend on the destination.

Please be aware that you will need to pay import tax and VAT when importing products, if your country is not included in EU.

Return and cancellation

RoadSurfing supplies you with the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from receipt of the product.

If the deadline ends on a holiday or weekend, it will be pushed to first work day.

You cannot cancel or return orders which have been put to use.

As soon as we receive your package, we will return the funds to your account as soon as possible. Latest within 14 days from receipt of the product. For security reasons the funds will be returned to the card that was used to pay the order.
The product needs to be returned unused and in same condition as you received it.

After receiving your return order we will check it and return your payment. 

Please be aware that it can take 5-10 work days before your payment will be available on your account. It depends on which bank and credit card you are using.

Please note: Du kan lose your payment or part of your payment. This will happen if the value of the has degraded because:

  • You took the product into use
  • Accessories are missing
  • It has been damaged, while you were responsible for the product.
  • You handled the product in another way than necessary, in order to determine it’s kind, properties or the way it works.
  • You did not follow the limitations in your cancellation right.

By returning products to our webshop, you need to make sure the products is safe and properly packed.
You have the responsible of the package and goods until we receive it, Therefore always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We recommend shipping the goods as package including a tracking number.

RoadSurfing does not refund shipping expenses which is connected with returns.

Please note: We do not receive packages with cash on delivery terms.

IMPOTANT: The goods should be shipped as quickly as possible after giving us notice about regretting your purchase. You need to ship the goods within 14 days after informing RoadSurfing of your regret.


Production warranty

All goods are covered by a 24-month warranty. This means that for up to 24 months from the date of purchase you can advertise any errors and omissions.

In accordance with the EU regulations, as a consumer, you are initially granted 24 months warranty.

If you find a defect in a purchased item, you must contact RoadSurfing as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain where the defect exists. Complaints can be made by contacting our customer email:

If the item suffers from a defect, RoadSurfing will repair the item or alternatively make a replacement if it does not incur disproportionate costs for RoadSurfing.

In some cases there may be doubts as to whether an error is covered by the warranty. If the error occurs within the first 6 months, the error is supposed to have been present at the handover, and it is the seller who must prove the opposite. The remaining 18 months are basically the buyer who must prove this.

You should be aware that there is no defect if the fault is due to wear and tear (e.g. wheels used up), improper use (e.g. wet driving, in violation of the operating instructions) or external influences (e.g. lightning strikes). In these cases, you must bear the cost of any repair yourself.

In connection with investigations of your product, RoadSurfing has the right to charge a fee. The amount of the fee is stated upon receipt and must be paid by you if it turns out that the error is not covered by the warranty.

If you return your item to us by post for complaint, please enclose the product with the following:

  • Copy of your invoice / order confirmation
  • Detailed error description or return cause
  • Contact information

We recommend that you ship the item as parcel as you then have the opportunity to track the parcel in case the delivery is delayed or disappears for the carrier. In the case of parcel shipping, there is also the possibility of compensation if the parcel disappears with the shipping company.
